Sarah Rafferty

Sarah became a fan of acting at an early time, when she was in the prep school. The passion for acting began when her drama teacher saw her running across his lawn in order to get to her the field hockey match in time. He told her she could skip the rehearsal to be part of Richard III's cast. Sarah chose to pursue her passion for the art and educate herself by double majoring in English and Theatre at Hamilton College taking classes in theatre abroad in London as well as Oxford during her junior year and after graduating magna cum laude from Hamilton went on to study in Yale Drama school. The parents of Sarah supported their daughter's desire to learn more about the realm of arts. Her mother served as the English Department Chairwoman at the Convent of the Sacred Heart Greenwich CT, and her father was an artist of a high caliber and musician, both embraced the passion of their daughter. The actress has evidently benefited from her natural talent along with her education. Alongside her role on the network's Suits as Donna, she has also appeared in a variety of other shows. Donna she's appeared on numerous TV series such as Law and Order Six Feet Under Brothers & Sisters Samantha Who? Without A Trace CSI Miami Bones as well as feature films such as Four Single Fathers, Falling For Grace. The actress has also been seen in numerous stage productions including Gemini as well as As You Like It. Sarah's acting work on television is complemented by her role as an ambassador for the Alzheimer's Association. She speaks regularly on this issue. Sarah was the host of their Sardi's Party every year for three years running and was the presenter the event this year. Sarah lives with her family members on both coasts. She commutes between the two to work.
