Aisling Bea

Aisling was born March 16 1984 on the island of Kildare Ireland. She is one of Ireland's best-known and well-known comedians. The comedian has been on QI alongside Stephen Fry. Aisling Cliodhnadh O'Sullivan (born 16 March 1984) more popularly known as Aisling Bea is a popular Irish actress writer and comedian. Bea's professional career started in the year 2011 when she began her career as a comic following her appearance in a few part on Irish and British TV series starting in 2009. From 2012 on she was on sitcoms or sketch comedy. Following her win in the Edinburgh Comedy Awards she began being booked frequently for numerous panel shows for which she has become a fixture. In 2016 and 2017, she was a team leader on 8 Out of 10 Cats. Also, she is a contestant of 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown. Parents include Brian as well as Helen O'Sullivan. She has an older sister named Sinead. In 2012, she was the second woman ever to be awarded the So You Think You Are Funny award. Her surname honors the memory of her late father. Aisling Cliodhnadh is the daughter of a Kildare woman who was born in Kildare. Born on March 16th 1984. Bea's father Brian was a vet for horses who committed suicide at three-years-old. However, she did not learn the cause of her death until thirteen years later. She chose the stage name Bea to pay tribute to her deceased father. Bea also wrote an article published in The Guardian on her family's suicide story. Bea's mother Helen She is a jockey-trainer and former pro jockey, was the one responsible for the care of her daughter as well as Sinead. The family was awed by horses, races and the racing industry. Bea was a guide at her family's involvement at the Irish National Stud in her early years. However, she knew it wasn't something she wanted to be in a career and she preferred to perform.
