Alicia Malone

Alicia went through the FilmStruck hiring process in 2015. Malone made recordings of Robert Osborne and Ben Mankiewicz's openings so that she could practice reading them in front the camera before her TCM channel host audition. When she was a part of one of the 2017 auditions for TCM hired her. Turner Classic Movies network hired her the next year. Malone talked about the difficulties women have to face in the field of film in two separate TEDx talks. Maree is also a guest on a number of different programs, such as the Today program on NPR's The Movies documentary series MSNBC Access Hollywood E! Entertainment Tonight MTV's Live from the Red Carpet Oscars Pre-Show and ABC 2019 Live from the Red Carpet.
